Screening of “The Woman in White” (2026), winner of Docaviv 2026, followed by a conversation with director Emmanuelle Mayer

Tuesday, July 21, at 8:00 PM

Who was Tamar Golan? A Mossad agent? The lover of an Egyptian colonel? How did she influence the peace agreement between Israel and Egypt?

The woman who wore white and pulled the strings behind the scenes of Israeli foreign policy invented a different kind of diplomacy and succeeded where official channels had failed. Yet her name never entered the official records.

After Golan’s death, the film’s director discovered her private archive, through which the film takes us deep into her secrets.

Future Screenshots: A Political Imagination Workshop with Mushon Zer-Aviv, A Land for All

Advance registration is required here.

Thursday, July 23, at 6:30 PM

As Tisha B’Av comes to an end, we will ask whether it is still possible to prevent the destruction of a Third Temple. Can we imagine different futures?

In the “Future Screenshots” workshop, we will create images of futures we wish to bring about, as well as futures we hope to prevent. We will map them onto the Futures Cone, moving between the certain and the probable, the possible and the implausible, before returning to the present to discover the next step.

Mushon Zer-Aviv is a designer, artist, political imagination researcher, senior lecturer at Shenkar, and activist in the Israeli-Palestinian peace movement A Land for All: Two States, One Homeland.

The workshops were developed as part of A Land for All: Two States, One Homeland, an Israeli-Palestinian peace movement.
