The Artport Center for Young Art, Public Benefit Company Ltd. (“the Company”) makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all its customers with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. - There is an accessible route from the parking lot through the elevator to the gallery located at street level.
- A ramp is available providing access to the gallery.
- Accessible restrooms are available in the building, including in the gallery.
- Identification and directional signage is available.
- Service animals assisting persons with disabilities are permitted entry to the gallery.
Accessible Customer Service
Employee Training for Accessible Service – Training is conducted to introduce the field of accessibility, create awareness among employees, and provide tools for delivering accessible service.
Accessible Telephone Service – The voice response system is accessible, conveying information in a clear manner without background music.
