Accessibility Arrangements – Artport Center for Young Art, Public Benefit Company Ltd.

The Artport Center for Young Art, Public Benefit Company Ltd. (“the Company”) makes every effort and invests significant resources to provide all its customers with equal, respectful, accessible, and professional service. In accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted under it, extensive efforts and resources are invested in implementing the required accessibility adjustments so that a person with a disability can contact the Company independently and equally.

Accessibility Arrangements – Buildings

  • Accessible parking is available in the Company’s parking lot.
  • There is an accessible route from the parking lot through the elevator to the gallery located at street level.
  • A ramp is available providing access to the gallery.
  • Accessible restrooms are available in the building, including in the gallery.
  • Identification and directional signage is available.
  • Service animals assisting persons with disabilities are permitted entry to the gallery.

Accessible Customer Service

Employee Training for Accessible Service – Training is conducted to introduce the field of accessibility, create awareness among employees, and provide tools for delivering accessible service.

Accessible Telephone Service – The voice response system is accessible, conveying information in a clear manner without background music.

An accessible website enables individuals with disabilities and older adults to browse with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as other users. 

The Company believes in and works toward equal opportunities in the digital environment for individuals with various limitations and for those who use assistive technologies.

  • Accessibility adjustments were made in accordance with the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for internet content accessibility at level AA and the WCAG 2.0 international guidelines.
