Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, when You contact us for technical support, customer service, or the handling of any other inquiry, We may collect information relating to your inquiry, including contact details, records of the inquiry, correspondence, call recordings (if any), and documentation of actions taken, for the purposes set forth in this Policy, including handling your request and for monitoring and service-improvement purposes.

Such information may include public data you posted on social media profiles, professional or business information available online, updated contact details, interests, demographic information, or information used to enrich existing data for the purposes set forth in this Policy, including marketing, service improvement, content personalization, identity verification, or fraud prevention.      Social media: When You browse our social media pages (on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Pinterest, Outbrain, Spotify, and any other social media We may use), information is collected by the relevant platform, and We may receive aggregated statistical and analytical data from the platform (including, but not only: average age, gender, general geographic location, etc.). It is clarified that your use of our social media pages is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of the respective relevant social media (including, inter alia, Facebook, etc.), and we recommend reviewing the privacy policies and procedures of these platforms. It is hereby clarified that we bear no responsibility whatsoever for the privacy policies of such platforms.

   Information collected through technological tools:

   • Identifiers: When you use the Website, you automatically provide us with your IP address (or MAC address, as the case may be), depending on the network or device you are using. This information is collected by us in order to improve your User experience, determine your geographic location (at the city/country level), and for security and online advertising purposes. Furthermore, we may collect additional identifiers, including advertising identifiers located on the device from which you browse (such as Google’s Advertiser Identification or Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers), for similar purposes.

Artport shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the provision of incorrect or misleading information. • For information security purposes, including preventing unauthorized access, detecting and preventing fraud, and for maintaining the integrity of our information and systems;
• To contact You for the provision of technical support, responding to inquiries, clarifications, complaints, or requests for information, and update You on changes to the Policy or the Terms of Use;
• For monitoring, personalizing, developing, and improving the services, content, and offers provided on the Website, such that they match your preferences, fields of interest, and use patterns;
• To enable us to send You commercial advertisements, including marketing content, newsletters, updates on developments at Artport, updates regarding the Website, or information that may interest You, via mail, telephone, WhatsApp messages, e-mail, text messages, push notifications, or any other online method. You may remove yourself from the mailing list at any time, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12 below;
• For creating, managing, executing, and optimizing relevant, targeted, and personalized advertising campaigns promoting our services and brands or the ones of our strategic partners, through a variety of digital advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Taboola, Outbrain, and others), as well as through additional traditional and digital media channels. For such purpose, We may transfer limited, encrypted, or anonymous personal information to these platforms (such as user identifiers, encrypted e-mail addresses, device identifiers, cookies data, or advertising identifiers) in order to improve the quality of the campaigns, measure their performance, perform statistical analyses, and optimize targeted and personalized advertising. We may also receive certain information from those platforms regarding your interaction with our advertisements, such as views, clicks, conversions, or similar metrics, for performance analysis, improving marketing strategies, and understanding the effectiveness of the various advertising channels. The processing, use, and transfer of such information shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law and subject to the privacy policies of those platforms. The use of tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, tags, and other digital identifiers for the purpose of such advertising campaigns as stated, is subject to your explicit consent and to the cookies policy detailed in Section 11 below;

Anonymous or aggregated information derived from your use of the Website may be retained in our systems indefinitely, and We may use it without restriction.

We and/or our service providers may use artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools and systems that involve processing and analyzing Personal Information for the purposes set forth in this Policy, including providing and improving our services, all in accordance with applicable law and subject to this Privacy Policy. • Information security and fraud detection: Using AI-based tools to detect suspicious or anomalous activity, real-time monitoring of cyber threats, analyzing unusual access patterns, and verifying User identity, in order to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse of our Website and services.
• Improving User experience and personalization: Analyzing usage patterns, preferences, and User behavior on the Website or within our digital services to present personalized content or services, improve User interfaces, and offer a more intuitive, relevant, and efficient User experience.
• Operational efficiency and data analysis: Processing and analyzing large volumes of anonymous, aggregated, or statistical data to identify trends, make informed managerial and strategic decisions, improve internal work processes, develop, upgrade, and continuously improve our services and systems, and increase the efficiency and quality of the services We provide.

Any data processing using artificial intelligence technologies will be carried out in accordance with the principles of data minimization, transparency, accountability, and privacy protection.

5. Your rights to review, modify, and amend your personal information

Artport acknowledges and hereby informs You that by virtue of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Privacy Protection Law“), You have the right to review personal information about You held by Artport, and should You find that this information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated, You have the right to contact us with a request to correct or delete the information.

Should you wish to exercise these rights, you may contact us using the contact details specified above, including by sending an email with the details of your request to: info@artport.art, and we will act in accordance with the requirements of the privacy protection law applicable to Artport. If you do not receive a notice permitting you to review the information per your request within 36 days, or regarding a request to delete the information within 45 days, you shall be entitled to apply to the court in the method set forth in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Reviewing Data and Procedure for Appealing a Denial of a Review Request), 5741-1981.

For the removal of doubt, it is clarified that deleting information may prevent you from continuing to receive certain services from Artport, or impair the service provided to you.

In addition, if information contained in our database is used to contact You personally based on your affiliation with a population group determined by one or more characteristics of individuals whose names are included in the database (“Direct Mailing“), You have the right under the Privacy Protection Law to demand in writing that the information relating to You not be used for Direct Mailing purposes. If you wish to exercise this right and request that Artport stop sending you direct mailings, you may do so via the contact details listed above, including by emailing your request to info@artport.art. However, Artport is permitted to send You operational notices and/or notices it is required or authorized by law to send, even if You have requested not to receive Direct Mailing.

Please note: For any request to review, amend, and/or delete information, we ask that you include the following details with your request: name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, and the specific information you wish to review, correct, or delete. Artport reserves the right to employ additional identification measures to verify the applicant’s identity, including requiring the provision of additional documents, in order to protect your privacy and prevent the disclosure of information to an unauthorized party. If you wish to submit the request via a representative or any other person acting on your behalf, you must also attach an explicit power of attorney for this matter, together with a copy of the I.D. card of both the data subject and the authorized representative.

In general, Artport does not share your Personal Information with third parties. However, we may do so in the following cases:

• Service providers: In order to collect, hold and/or process your personal information through providers of specific services (including, as applicable, their partners and third parties on their behalf), solely for the provision of the services requested by us, and not for any other purpose, see Section 7 for further details on this matter;

• Enforcement of terms and policies: Artport may share personal information with its legal advisors, law enforcement authorities, or other relevant parties to enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, including as part of an investigation into potential violations of the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use;
• Advertisers and advertising service providers: Artport may share Personal Information with advertisers, strategic partners, advertising networks, advertising platforms, and digital marketing companies for the creation, management, execution, and optimization of targeted and relevant advertising campaigns for You, subject to this Policy. 8. Third-party websites and services

• Certain links on our Website will direct you to websites that are not affiliated with Artport (including, but not only, a Facebook button). Among others, these third-party websites may send Cookies (see definition below) to your browser, thereby obtaining personal information about you.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the links on our Website direct you to reliable sites that contain, for example, articles, videos, and other content that Artport chose to display for the convenience of the Users. However, it is clarified that Artport is not responsible for your use of these links, is not affiliated with these websites or services, and is not responsible for the privacy policies of the services on these websites. Your access to, use of, and reliance on third-party websites, services, and/or content, and any engagement between you and these third parties, are at your sole responsibility. You agree and acknowledge that Artport shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred (or alleged to be incurred) in connection with or as a result of your use of any service, content, product, or other information available through these websites (including with respect to the use and disclosure of your personal information by these third parties).
• Most of the aforesaid websites provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policies, that govern their use (these are privacy policies that are different from this Privacy Policy, and they are meant to address the use of your personal information by these third parties). It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using these websites and their services, inter alia, to understand what personal information they collect about you and for what purposes they use such information.
• Some of the services made available by Artport to Users may rely on third-party communication services or infrastructure (such as WhatsApp and internet service providers). These services are provided and operated by external entities beyond Artport’s control, and Artport is not responsible for the correctness, accuracy, availability, performance, quality, or security of the services they provide. It is clarified that Artport shall bear no liability for any damage, loss, or expense incurred by the User as a result of using or relying on such third-party services. 9. Information security

• We invest significant efforts in implementing and maintaining the security of your personal information (both independently and through services provided by third parties). We implement procedures, information security policies, and technological and organizational security measures as required by law, aiming to protect your personal information, prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and reduce the associated risks.
