Haviv Kaptzon & Zohar Elmakias
Artist Haviv Kaptzon and anthropologist Zohar Elmakias in a conversation about animism, through the lens of Kaptzon’s new work Table Read, presented in the exhibition NonFinito.
The conversation will include a guided reading of sources from past cultures and technology.
Zohar Elmakias is an author and anthropologist. Her book Terminal was published by Kibbutz Meuhad Publishing. She is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the Polonsky Academy, Van Leer Jerusalem Institute.

Director Yonatan Nevo on his film Between the Negev and the Galilee
The conversation will include artist Uri Weinstein and will focus on his works exhibited in NonFinito.

Nevo’s film Between the Negev and the Galilee offers a harsh, severely honest portrayal of the old central station area in south Tel Aviv. The film gives an in-depth view of the street life through filmed conversations with the people living there, putting in stark relief their brutal struggle to survive.
Yonatan Nevo is a visual artist whose work captures the mundane, moving between the permanent and the temporary.
