Naama Roth

Naama Roth was (b. 1989) in Tel Aviv. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Multidisciplinary Art Department at Shenkar and an MFA with great distinction from LUCA School of Arts in Brussels.

Her artistic practice explores the fragility of perception and the ambiguous nature of reality. Her practice challenges the viewer’s sensory perception while deconstructing cultural and architectural archetypes.

She was awarded the Young Artist Award of 2022 from the Ministry of Culture and Sport (Israel), Rappaport Prize for Young Artist (2021, purchase committee), , the Margaret and Sylvan Adams Prize for Young Artist (2019), and received grants from the Rabinovich Foundation in 2018 and 2024. Roth was selected for the Artport annual residency program of 2025 – 2026. Her work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums in Israel and abroad, and her pieces are included in private and museum collections. Roth works in a range of materials and mediums, creating large-scale installations.
